Hi! My name is Nina Agwu. I'm a nursing student entering my final semester, with graduation planned for December. I've worked in healthcare since 2022 as a hospitality aide in a skilled nursing facility, a caregiver, a CNA, and currently as a Student Nurse Extern in the ICU. These experiences have strengthened my clinical skills and confirmed my passion for caring for others during their most vulnerable moments. I strive to be compassionate, dependable, and a strong advocate, always ensuring my patients and clients receive the highest quality care while feeling safe, respected, and heard. I was drawn to caregiving because I truly enjoy helping others and making a positive impact in their lives. The most rewarding part of my work is building meaningful relationships and providing comfort and support to both clients and their families. One of my proudest achievements is working my way through multiple healthcare roles while pursuing my nursing degree, and I'm excited to continue growing as a nurse while providing exceptional, patient-centered care.
